Specialist lecture
Dr Leif Oppermann, Head of the Mixed and Augmented Reality Solutions department at the Fraunhofer Institute for Applied Information Technology (FIT) in St. Augustin, will give a lecture entitled
‘Virtual work situations with extended reality’, providing insights into the use of immersive technologies to shape the working world of tomorrow.

How neural networks predict quality-critical characteristics and thus improve efficiency and quality in the production of medical yarns.
