The spectrum of optical plastic components is constantly expanding to include innovative manufacturing technologies, materials and products. The aim of the conference is to take up material-related as well as technology-oriented and application-related aspects and to examine them against the background of current trends and questions in the field of polymer optics.
Besides the technical presentations participants can take part in a tour through the laboratory and test bench facilities at IKV, Fraunhofer IPT and ILT. Moreover, the conference provides for broad networking possibilities through coffee breaks in the industry exhibition area and a dinner event on the first conference day. On the eve of the first day of the event, there will also be an industrial pitch session moderated by the EPIC Photonics Consortium.

Participation fee:
The participation fee for the conference ""Aachen Polymer Optics Days 2020"" amounted to a total of 890 €. This includes 790 € for participation in the conference (free of tax under § 4 UStG) as well as 100 € (incl. 19% VAT) for participation in the evening event. Please note that the conference participation must be booked together with the evening event.
If you register by February 28, 2020, you will receive an early booking discount of € 100. If you cancel your registration before March 6, 2020 you will only be charged an administrative fee of 100 €. After this date you will be charged the full participation fee. For non-participation you can designate a representative person without any additional costs.
