27th ATC 2018: Industrial Inorganic Chemistry - Materials and Processes

The ATC-conference derives its name from the German phrase “Anorganische Technische Chemie”, which stands for applied inorganic chemistry in a technical or industrial context. The main goal of the ATC-conference is to generate and foster contact between members from academic organizations and industry in application oriented research within the wide field of inorganic chemistry.

The 2018 conference will deal with the topics

• Homogeneous catalysis
• Exhaust catalysis
• Batteries
• Photocatalytic air purification

The plenary lecture on “Carbon oxygenate activation and transformation using F-block complexes” in 2018 will be given by Polly Arnold, Edinburgh University/UK. Mr. Martin Votsmeier, from Umicore and Prof. Jan-Dierk Grunwaldt from KIT, will discuss the topic "Ceria for low temperature exhaust catalysis" during a tandem lecture. We are awaiting further invited lecturers from BASF, Heraeus and Wacker.

The first day traditionally is closed by a lecture on a special or peripheral field of inorganic chemistry.

Combination of search terms

You can combine search terms with and, or and/or not, e.g. Philo not logy.

Brackets

You can use brackets to separate combinations from each other, e.g. (Philo not logy) or (Psycho and logy).

Phrases

Coherent groups of words will be located as complete phrases if you put them into quotation marks, e.g. “Federal Republic of Germany”.

Selection criteria

You can also use the advanced search without entering search terms. It will then follow the criteria you have selected (e.g. country or subject area).

If you have not selected any criteria in a given category, the entire category will be searched (e.g. all subject areas or all countries).
