BIH Digital Health Accelerator Demo Day

In February 2017, Berlin Health Innovations, the joint technology transfer unit of the Berlin Institute of Health (BIH) and Charité – Universitätsmedizin Berlin, commenced operations.

We would like to introduce Berlin Health Innovations and supported digital health innovators to you, and cordially invite you.

We focus on translational medicine, the targeted transfer of research results into application. We support innovators in realizing their solutions from idea, prototype and product to commercialization (e.g. by spin-off or licensing).

In this context, the Digital Health Accelerator was launched in a co-working space on the premises of the Berlin Institute of Health in the autumn of 2017. There, the first three interdisciplinary teams of innovators develop digital health solutions and prototypes.

In addition, we support entrepreneurs and their early digital health spin-offs from the BIH Research Commons with Charité and the Max Delbrück Center for Molecular Medicine to gain market traction with their products and solutions.
