ACHEMA-PRAXISforum Lab of the Future

This interactive session at ACHEMA 2018 aims to bring together all stakeholders working on the "Lab of the Future" for exchange, discussion and possibly future cooperation.

The „Lab of the future“ – a highly digitized environment governed by robots and algorithms that plan and execute high-throughput experiments. New technologies from the digital labfolder to the smart bench change the way how research is planned and performed. How can technology and human creativity come together to create the best possible research environment?
Experts from various initiatives, companies and institutions will present their vision of the “lab of the future”. Whether the presented approaches constitute concepts for different goals or whether they can be combined to a synergistic whole will be open for discussion with the speakers and the audience. If you are working in the lab, providing equipment or developing concepts for the handling of data, you are welcome to participate in this highly interactive session.

Combination of search terms

You can combine search terms with and, or and/or not, e.g. Philo not logy.

Brackets

You can use brackets to separate combinations from each other, e.g. (Philo not logy) or (Psycho and logy).

Phrases

Coherent groups of words will be located as complete phrases if you put them into quotation marks, e.g. “Federal Republic of Germany”.

Selection criteria

You can also use the advanced search without entering search terms. It will then follow the criteria you have selected (e.g. country or subject area).

If you have not selected any criteria in a given category, the entire category will be searched (e.g. all subject areas or all countries).
