Das Besondere an dem Corporate Learning Camp, welches dieses Jahr bereits zum achten Mal stattfindet: Es findet in der Form eines „Bar Camps“ statt, das heißt, es gibt keine vorher ausgewählten Referenten oder Keynote-Speaker. Vorträge sind bei dieser Art der Konferenz seltener, vielmehr findet der Austausch auf Augenhöhe statt, da die Themen gemeinsam bearbeitet werden. Über die Agenda der 45-minütigen Veranstaltungen entscheiden die Teilnehmenden an jeden Morgen selbst.
