Lust und Frust: Psychologische und soziologische Aspekte des Kaufens und Konsumierens

Werbung suggeriert einen Lustgewinn durch das Kaufen. Jedes Produkt soll das Leben schöner oder zumindest besser machen. Doch macht das Kaufen tatsächlich zufrieden? Diese und andere Fragen nach psychologischen und soziologischen Aspekten von Kauf und Konsum stehen im Zentrum des 16. NRW-Workshops Verbraucherforschung, den das Kompetenzzentrum Verbraucherforschung NRW (KVF NRW) am 22. Juni 2020 veranstaltet.
