Die russisch-westlichen Beziehungen sind mal wieder auf einem Tiefpunkt angelangt: Der Konflikt um Bergkarabach im Kaukasus, den Russland durch Waffenlieferungen an Aserbaidschan befeuert, ist neu aufgeflammt, in Belarus zündelt Russland und dann auch noch die Vergiftung des Kremlkritikers Alexej Nawalny, bei der Putin mutmaßlich ebenfalls die Hände im Spiel hatte. Wie soll es nun weitergehen? Und wie kann es weitergehen? Brauchen wir „Putinversteher“ oder eine „Sprache der Gewalt“? Was braucht es, um einen außen- und sicherheitspolitischen Flächenbrand, um eine diplomatische Eiszeit zu verhindern?
