DFKI Technologies at WT | Wearable Week 2015

    As an important beacon in top-level research for Wearable Computing, the German Research Center for Artificial Intelligence (DFKI) is network partner at the premiere of WT |Wearable Week from 2nd to 8th February 2015 in Munich.

    With more than 80,000 visitors, about 100 exhibitors and media from all over the world this WT event is the place to be for everyone involved in wearables. The event features more than 50 high-class speakers, the award ceremony of the WT | Innovation World Cup, an extensive conference exhibition, a special fashion event, and the Wearable Technologies (WT) design booth at the leading sporting goods tradeshow ISPO.

    At the exhibition of the WT| Wearable Technologies Conference, DFKI will show its specific projects and technologies in the fields of textile sensors, head-mounted displays and interactive activity recognition for various applications in industry, medicine, education, sports and trade.

    Wearable Technologies and the Embedded Intelligence Lab of DFKI, managed by Prof Paul Lukowicz, have established a long-standing cooperative partnership to transfer methods and developments from research into marketable applications.. DFKI brings in its scientific competence, modern infrastructure and worldwide network in the areas of science and research.
