FuTuRe II - On the Future of Silicon Detector Technologies

On Monday 3rd and Tuesday 4th December 2018 the workshop FuTuRe II - On the Future of Silicon Detector Technologies will take place in Erfurt.
International speakers like Dr. Pernegger, CERN (Schweiz) and Prof. Yoshikawa, Yokohama National University (Japan) open the discussion on current research and development tasks for detectors and detector systems.

On December 3rd topics such as detectors for high-energy physics and heavy ion physics will be the focus of attention.

The sessions on 4th of December is aimed at requirements and solutions for a variety of application areas, i.a.
• Spectroscopy of low-energy particles
• Detectors for quantum optical applications
• Micro-optical precision assembly
• Defective engineering in silicon

The daily participation fee is 100,00 €.
For participation on both days the fee is 200 €.
