Ulrike Schwarzberg Corporate Communications and Marketing
European School of Management and Technology (ESMT)

    - Diploma for successful completion of leadership and general management executive development programs

    - University-level certificate

ESMT European School of Management and Technology is offering the Postgraduate Diploma in Management, a new university-level certificate. The quality of the diploma is underpinned by the excellent teaching and practice-relevant content of the ESMT Executive Development Programs and is open to all managers with professional experience.

For participants the certificate is an additional qualification and building block when pursuing a career in senior management. For companies the program is an opportunity to educate and retain valuable professionals and managers.

The diploma is awarded to participants who have successfully completed a minimum of three program weeks (18 days) spread over a period of 30 months. Required programs may be taken in English or German and focus on general management and leadership. The flexibility of the curriculum allows executives to acquire the Postgraduate Diploma in Management while continuing to work full-time.

The Postgraduate Diploma in Management has three tracks: leadership and social responsibility, the management of technology, and general management. Participants may choose from these tracks and select their courses from 35 different programs based upon their individual interests, requirements, and time constraints. Experts from ESMT executive education advise on the selection of a track and the course plan. Program fees vary as they are a compilation of the selected executive development programs.
