Prof. Thomas Mikolajick, Professor für Nanoelektronik an der Fakultät für Elektrotechnik und Informationstechnik der TU Dresden und wissenschaftlicher Geschäftsführer der TU Dresden-Tochter NaMLab gGmbH zum 1. Januar 2023 zum IEEE Fellow “for contributions to nonvolatile memory” ernannt.
Das Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) ist der weltweit wichtigste Berufsverband von Ingenieurinnen und Ingenieuren aus den Bereichen Elektrotechnik und Informatik. Der höchste Grad der Mitgliedschaft – IEEE Fellow – wird über die Nominierung durch andere Fellows und anschließende Anerkennung durch das Board of Directors erreicht.
Prof. Dr-. Ing. Thomas Mikolajick, Professor für Nanoelektronik an der Fakultät für Elektrotechnik und Informationstechnik der TU Dresden und wissenschaftlicher Geschäftsführer der TU Dresden-Tochter NaMLab gGmbH wurde in der Novembersitzung des IEEE Board of Directors zum 1. Januar 2023 zum IEEE Fellow “for contributions to nonvolatile memory” ernannt.
