Lavinia Jacobs, President of the Jacobs Foundation, is now representing the foundation at the Board of Governors.

Anne Valtink, President of the Alumni Association of the private university, will continue to represent Jacobs University’s alumni on the Board of Governors.

“Our university needs expertise from people in different sectors of society in order to continue to position itself successfully in the education market and to take the necessary steps to ensure growth,” says Prof. Dr. Michael Hülsmann, President of Jacobs University. “I am therefore looking forward to inspirational input from the new Board of Governors and critical and constructive support for the path ahead.”
