EJIPAC, the European-Japanese Initiative on Photocatalytic Applications and Commercialization was officially founded in 2003 as a non profit organization for European-Japanese collaboration of industry and academia to promote the commercialization of photocatalytic technologies. The first four workshops on photocatalysts were held annually in Europe and in addition to this, meetings and tours to photocatalytically interesting sites in Japan have been organized.
The 5th International Workshop will continue the tradition of the preceding four workshops, including the meetings of the EJIPAC committees and working groups. Again this time, the focus will be laid on application and commercialization. A survey of the international state of the art and the most interesting new applications will be presented. Invited speakers from Japan and Europe will provide a broad overview of the field of photocatalysis in the different countries. Since photocatalysis has also gained tremendous interest in economic areas like South and East Asia and America, including China, Korea, Taiwan, and the US, speakers from these countries will present the latest developments, too. The forum will bring together representatives from industry and academia and contribute to promoting the transfer of technological know-how between these groups. It will also focus on technology development as the indispensable link between basic research, materials development and industrial appli-cations. A poster session will accompany the oral presentations.

You can combine search terms with and, or and/or not, e.g. Philo not logy.
You can use brackets to separate combinations from each other, e.g. (Philo not logy) or (Psycho and logy).
Coherent groups of words will be located as complete phrases if you put them into quotation marks, e.g. “Federal Republic of Germany”.
You can also use the advanced search without entering search terms. It will then follow the criteria you have selected (e.g. country or subject area).
If you have not selected any criteria in a given category, the entire category will be searched (e.g. all subject areas or all countries).
