4th ScanBalt Forum: Life Science Research and Excellence

The 4th ScanBalt Forum, is a unique meeting opportunity for regional and national life science networks, researchers, decision and opinion makers from the Baltic and Nordic countries, Poland, Northern Germany and North Western Russia. This year the Forum is held in Oslo, Norway, in collaboration with MedCoast Scandinavia, and incorporates a symposium on Neuroscience. Bo Samuelsson chairman of the board of ScanBalt will introduce the conference.
The final program for the 4th ScanBalt Forum includes speakers from across the region, giving presentations on a variety of subjects including
· stem cells,
· marine biotech and
· venture finance.

ScanBalt projects, including Competence Region, Campus, Clinical Research Network, Biotech One Click Away, and Boosting Baltic will also be presented.

Europe's first Metaregion ScanBalt, as a network of life science networks, will promote the development of the baltic Sea Region as a globally competitive meta-bioregion.

The 4th ScanBalt Forum is organised by ScanBalt, MedCoast Scandinavia and Oslo Teknopol.
