Software Agents in Information Systems and Industrial Applications

Keynote: Prof. Michael Wooldridge, University of Liverpool

http://www.iitb.fraunhofer.de/SAISIA

Software Agents are an emerging technology offering many possibilities for structuring distributed systems. Although this promising approach is not new, a breakthrough in commercial products is still to come. In order to explore and expose the opportunities for Agent-Based systems, Fraunhofer IITB is hosting the first international workshop on Software Agents in Information Systems and Industrial Applications (SAISIA) in February 2006.

The talks given at the SAISIA-Workshop will cover a broad range of issues from the topics "Information Systems", "Industrial Applications" and "Future Developments in Agent-Based Systems". Special regard will be given to commercially relevant applications of Agent-Based systems.

At the end of the workshop all participants will be invited to discuss the opportunities of Agent-Based Systems in the next few years in a panel discussion with all invited speakers.

We would be very glad if you took this opportunity to join us at the SAISIA-Workshop and welcome you to Fraunhofer IITB in February 2006.

Help

Search / advanced search of the idw archives
Combination of search terms

You can combine search terms with and, or and/or not, e.g. Philo not logy.

Brackets

You can use brackets to separate combinations from each other, e.g. (Philo not logy) or (Psycho and logy).

Phrases

Coherent groups of words will be located as complete phrases if you put them into quotation marks, e.g. “Federal Republic of Germany”.

Selection criteria

You can also use the advanced search without entering search terms. It will then follow the criteria you have selected (e.g. country or subject area).

If you have not selected any criteria in a given category, the entire category will be searched (e.g. all subject areas or all countries).
