Eine Richterin führt in die rechtlichen Grundbegriffe von Trennung und Scheidung ein. Darauf aufbauend werden schrittweise alle wichtigen Fragen zu Themen wie Trennung der Beziehung bei weiter bestehender Elternschaft, Recht und Wohl des Kindes und Möglichkeiten der finanziellen Regelungen ausführlich bearbeitet. Das Seminar umfasst fachliche Inputs und praktische Übungen in Rollenspielen.
Folgende weitere Aufbauseminare unter der wissenschaftliche Leitung von Prof. Dr. Angela Mickley, Fachbereich Sozialwesen der FH Potsdam, schließen sich an: Konflikteinzelgespräch, Moderations- und Metaplantechnik in der Mediation sowie Auftritt und innere Haltung des Mediators/der Mediatorin.
