Die innere Uhr hat sich im Zuge der Evolution schon sehr früh herausgebildet und ist bis heute bei allen Lebewesen erhalten. Der Vortrag wird sich mit fünf großen Fragen befassen:
1.) Wo liegt die Innere Uhr?
2.) Wie baut sie einen inneren (circadianen) Rhythmus auf?
3.) Wie wird die innere Uhr an den Tag/Nacht Rhythmus der Umwelt
angepasst?
4.) Wie vermittelt die innere Uhr ihre Signale an den Organismus?
5.) Welche Folgen hat ein Leben gegen die innere Uhr?
