3 Forschungsinstitute und 8 Industrieunternehmen waren im Rahmen des Projektes an der Entwicklung und Qualifizierung eines EUV-Spektralphotometers beteiligt. Um die Ergebnisse einer breiten Öffentlichkeit aus Forschung und Industrie vorzustellen, laden PhotonicNet und das Laser Zentrum Hannover am 14. März 2007 zu einem Statusseminar ein. Neben Fachvorträgen zur Entwicklung von Laborstrahlquellen für extreme UV-Strahlung sind ferner praktische Vorführungen und Diskussionsforen über Einsatzgebiete der Messverfahren auch außerhalb der EUV-Halbleiterlithographie geplant.
