Zu dem Thema "Halbmond am Sternenhimmel - wie viel Türkei verträgt die EU?" werden Martin Schulz, Fraktionsvorsitzender der SPE im Europaparlament, Dr. Ulrich Kater, Chefvolkswirt der DekaBank, Reiner Möckelmann, ehemaliger deutscher Generalkonsul in Istanbul, Dr. Vural Ünlü, Medienwissenschaftler, sowie Dr. Tessa Hofmann, Wissenschaftlerin am Osteuropa-Institut der FU Berlin, Für und Wider eines möglichen EU-Beitritts der Türkei diskutieren. Geleitet wird die Veranstaltung von TV-Moderator Bernd Heller. Als "Special Guest" tritt der Kabarettist Muhsin Omurca auf.
