Das am Institut für Betriebswirtschaftslehre und Wirtschaftspädagogik der Universität Oldenburg und am Institut für Agrarökonomie der Universität Göttingen durchgeführte Projekt untersuchte ernährungskulturelle Praktiken, Orientierungen und Angebote in der Region Ostfriesland. Ziel ist, die kulturelle Identität durch eine nachhaltige Ernährungskultur unter ökologischen wie touristischen Gesichtspunkten zu stärken und durch den Aufbau von regionalen Netzwerken zum Erhalt der regionalen Wirtschaft beizutragen.
Gefördert wurde das Projekt vom Bundesministerium für Bildung und Forschung mit einer Summe von 1,1 Millionen Euro.

Die Veranstaltung richtet sich an Wissenschaft und Praxis. Eine Anmeldung ist erforderlich.
