Die Französische Botschaft organisiert im Jahr 2007 einen Konferenzzyklus zu den wesentlichen Energiefragen und möchte in diesem Rahmen Vertreter aus Politik, Industrie und Forschung zusammenführen.
Die zweite Konferenz dieser Reihe heißt :
