Höhepunkt dieses Abends wird die Verleihung der Rievel-Medaille an den Ehrenpräsidenten des Deutschen Fleischerverbandes, Herrn Albert Pröller, sein. Die Rievel-Medaille wird durch die Förderergesellschaft für Fleischforschung e.V. für besondere Verdienste um die Fleischforschung in Kulmbach vergeben.
Zum Presseempfang lädt die BfEL zusammen mit der Stadt Kulmbach ein.
