The Second International Conference of the European Society of Molecular Imaging is designed to cover cutting edge research that involves the use of noninvasive imaging modalities to visualize molecular events and biological processes in living organisms providing fundamental insights into the mechanisms underlying disease onset and progression. Topics to be covered include:

* Technical advancements in small animal imaging devices
* Advances in PET imaging

* Advances in optical technologies

* Multimodal imaging instrumentations
* Clinical applications of new technology and tracers
* Experimental imaging in oncology
* Experimental imaging in neurology
* Experimental imaging in cardiology
* Experimental imaging of metabolic diseases
* Experimental imaging of infection and inflammation
Information on participating / attending:
Registration fee:
- € 400,00 for scientists
- € 250,00 for trainees*
*PhD students and postdoctoral fellows. A letter from their university is required to confirm that they belong to one of these two categories.
Registration fee includes:
- 1 year membership to ESMI;
- attendance to the Conference sessions;
- meeting material, coffee breaks and lunches;
- visit to poster and industrial exhibition;
- free copy of Conference abstract book.
