Mit der rechtlichen Grundlage zu Bestechung und Korruption beschäftigt sich am 14. und 15. März 2008 die Tagung "The Civil Law Consequences of Corruption and Bribery". Zur Tagung kommen so renommierte Expertinnen und Experten wie Wolfgang Rau vom Europarat, leitender Sekretär der Group of States against Corruption; Lothar Kuhl, Leiter der Rechtsabteilung des Europäischen Amtes für Betrugsbekämpfung und Christine Uriarte von der OECD Anti-Corruption Division in die Hansestadt.
