"the making of MYTO" Designer Konstantin Grcic an der HFT Stuttgart

Nach einer Expertenumfrage des Kunstmagazins art "Wer sind die zehn größten lebenden Designer?" wurde der deutsche Industriedesigner Konstantin Grcic auf Platz Eins gewählt. Am Freitag, den 25. Juli 2008 wird Grcic im Rahmen des "BEST OF ARCHITECTURE" der Fakultät Architektur und Gestaltung an der Hochschule für Technik Stuttgart zu Gast sein. Er wird einen Vortrag über seine Stuhlentwicklung, den Kragstuhl MYTO, halten. Im Anschluss wird Grcic zur Eröffnung der Ausstellung "the making of MYTO", welche bereits auf der Triennale in Mailand zu sehen war, an der HFT Stuttgart anwesend sein.

Ab 17:30 Uhr starten ausgewählte Vorträge in der Aula der HFT Stuttgart. Der Stuttgarter Architekt Professor Arno Lederer, Mitglied des Aufsichtsrats der HFT Stuttgart, wird beim "BEST OF ARCHITECTURE" zum Thema Hochschulbauten referieren. Professor Markus Neppl von der Uni Karlsruhe wird zum Thema Campusidee einen Vortrag halten. Im Anschluss folgt der Vortrag von Industriedesigner Konstantin Grcic über seine Stuhlentwicklung. Um 19:45 Uhr wird die Ausstellung "the making of MYTO" im Lichthof der HFT Stuttgart eröffnet.
