The 9th International Conference on Research in High Magnetic Fields (RHMF 2009) will be held in Dresden, Germany, from July 22 to July 25, 2009. It is a satellite conference of the International Conference on Magnetism (ICM 2009) to be held in Karlsruhe, Germany, from July 27 - 31, 2009. The RHMF 2009 follows meetings held in Sendai (2006), Toulouse (2003), Porto (2000), Sydney (1997), Nijmegen (1994), Amsterdam (1991), Leuven (1988), and Osaka (1982).
The conference is dedicated to all aspects related to recent advances in the research in high magnetic fields. This covers areas such as magnetism, semiconductor physics, superconductivity, studies of low- dimensional materials, nano-objects, strongly correlated electron systems, molecular systems, as well as high-magnetic-field technology and new high-field experimental techniques.
Keynote Lectures:
The prize winner of the newly established EuroMagNET prize will give a keynote lecture. The prize winner will be announced during the conference.

You can combine search terms with and, or and/or not, e.g. Philo not logy.
You can use brackets to separate combinations from each other, e.g. (Philo not logy) or (Psycho and logy).
Coherent groups of words will be located as complete phrases if you put them into quotation marks, e.g. “Federal Republic of Germany”.
You can also use the advanced search without entering search terms. It will then follow the criteria you have selected (e.g. country or subject area).
If you have not selected any criteria in a given category, the entire category will be searched (e.g. all subject areas or all countries).
