The organisers at DGM and SF2M feel that there is a need beyond the most successful US-American Superalloys Conference to serve the European Community every four years in-between.
The organisers look forward to receiving many papers.
Information on participating / attending:
Conference Fee
Students: EUR 250,- (up to 28 years, ID required)
University: EUR 500-
Industry: EUR 750,-
The conference fees include the technical lecture programme, coffee during the official breaks, Welcome Reception and Conference Dinner.
Registration and Cancellation Conditions for Authors
With the submission of a paper and the immediate acknowledgement of receipt by the conference office, speakers will be registered for the conference. After the deadline, papers will be evaluated and confirmed until November 2009. After the confirmation, each speaker will receive an invoice that must be settled before March 2010, otherwise papers may not be considered in the programme.
Cancellation before 1 March 2010 will be subject to a 50 EUR cancellation fee. After that date the full conference fee will be charged. However, speaker substitution may be made at any time.
Registration and Cancellation Conditions for Delegates
After registration, each delegate will receive an invoice. From 1 March 2010, 25% of the conference fee will be charged upon cancellation, and after 19 April 2010 the full conference fee will be charged. Delegate substitution may be made at any time.
Upon registration delegates and authors agree to be published in the online List of Participants.
Proceedings
The papers presented at the conference will be published in a proceedings volume that will be available after the conference.
Hotel Reservation
Accommodation is provided by 102 single rooms and 17 double or twin rooms, all with a suite bathroom, shower and WC.
Please note that the anticipated number of participants exceeds the capacity of the Wildbad Kreuth conference centre. As soon as the centre is fully booked we will provide you with further hotel suggestions.
Our rooms have retained the original character of the spa, and are furnished in a style which is simple yet comfortable. After careful consideration it was decided not to install televisions, telephones or minibars in order to preserve the historical ambience.
Accommodation rate:
EUR 90,- per night per person (full board)
