Im Fraunhofer-Usability-Seminar wird praxisnah vor allem die von der
Deutschen Akkreditierungsstelle Technik GmbH (DATech) erarbeitete
Zusammenstellung von Methoden zur Entwicklung und Überprüfung von
interaktiven Produkten eingeübt und vermittelt, wie
Produktentwicklungsprozesse nach den international anerkannten Usability-
Normen ISO 9241-11, -110 bzw. der ISO-Norm 13407 abzulaufen haben.
Ergänzt werden die DATech-Inhalte durch praxisrelevante Erhebungs- und
Auswertungsmethoden und international anerkannte Grundsätze der
Informationsdarstellung und Benutzerführung. Die Ausbildungsinhalte werden
durch Usability Engineers aus der industriellen Praxis vertieft. Das
Seminar richtet sich branchenübergreifend an IT-Entwickler, Konstrukteure,
Designer und Qualitätssicherer.
