Zu diesem Workshop treffen sich Wissenschaftler und Wissenschaftlerinnen aus aller Welt, die sowohl mit experimentellen Techniken als auch mit computergestützten Methoden das Potential von kleinsten organischen Molekülen für das Design einer zukünftigen Molekularen Elektronik erforschen. Der Workshop ist gleichzeitig ein Highlight im Rahmen der Arbeiten des gleichnamigen DFG-Schwerpunktprogrammes "Quantum transport on the molecular scale" (SPP-1243).
