Prof. Dr. Christof Mauch lehrt Amerikanische Geschichte und ist Direktor des Rachel Carson Center und des Lasky Center for Transatlantik Studies an der Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München. Von 1999 bis 2007 leitete er das Deutsche Historische Institut in Washington D.C.
Dr. Franz Mauelshagen ist Historiker, Research Fellow am Kulturwissenschaftlichen Institut Essen (KWI) und Koordinator des Forschungsschwerpunkts KlimaKultur.
