In der Reihe "Lesart Spezial" präsentieren und diskutieren renommierte Autoren und Kritiker vor Publikum aktuelle Sachbuch-Neuerscheinungen. Das KWI veranstaltet Lesart Spezial in Kooperation mit dem Deutschlandradio Kultur, dem Schauspiel Essen und der Buchhandlung Proust, Medienpartner ist die Westdeutsche Allgemeine Zeitung (WAZ). Lesart Spezial wird am Sonntag, 9. Mai von 12.30 Uhr bis 13.00 Uhr im Deutschlandradio Kultur ausgestrahlt.

Dr. Cornelia Brink ist Dozentin am Lehrstuhl für Neuere und Neueste Geschichte an der Albert-Ludwigs-Universität Freiburg.
Prof. Dr. Wolfgang Senf ist Professor für Psychosomatische Medizin, Psychotherapie und Psychoanalyse an der Universität Duisburg-Essen und Ärztlicher Direktor der Klinik für Psychosomatische Medizin und Psychotherapie in Essen und er ist Mitherausgeber des Lehrbuchs "Praxis der Psychotherapie" und der Zeitschrift "Psychotherapie im Dialog".
