POLYWHEEL 2010 takes place in the tradition of successful national meetings in Dresden since 2002. The national meetings were attended by researchers from industry as well as universities and research institutions not only from Germany, but also from Europe.
The 1st symposium POLYWHEEL 2010 will be organised by the Leibniz Institute of Polymer Research Dresden and the Technische Universität Dresden. The conference will be held at the Technische Universität Dresden which is located close to the centre of the city.
This symposium is intended to be the meeting place for industrial experts and academic researchers from all over the world in order to bring together application oriented research with industrial requirements in polymer modification via high energy electrons.
Major topics of the meeting will include:
* compact high power electron accelerators
* electron beam technology for polymer modification
* polymers and biomaterials
* polymer blends
* polymer composites
Most important aspects and recent developments of blends, composites, and biomaterials using high energy electrons will be covered. This includes both application related research and application related product and technology development.

You can combine search terms with and, or and/or not, e.g. Philo not logy.
You can use brackets to separate combinations from each other, e.g. (Philo not logy) or (Psycho and logy).
Coherent groups of words will be located as complete phrases if you put them into quotation marks, e.g. “Federal Republic of Germany”.
You can also use the advanced search without entering search terms. It will then follow the criteria you have selected (e.g. country or subject area).
If you have not selected any criteria in a given category, the entire category will be searched (e.g. all subject areas or all countries).
