„Hartz IV" - das Stichwort, das für einen Paradigmenwechsel in der deutschen Arbeitsmarkt- und Sozialpolitik steht, ist wieder in aller Munde. Auch fünf Jahre nach der großen Reform bleibt der deutsche Arbeitsmarkt eine Großbaustelle. Die politischen Akteure ringen um den richtigen Weg, den Arbeitsmarkt durchlässiger zu gestalten und die Chancen für Erwerbslose zu erhöhen. Mit „Der Fall Hartz IV" legen Prof. Dr. Anke Hassel und Christof Schiller von der Hertie School of Governance eine umfassende Analyse des Reformprozesses vor und stellen künftige Handlungsoptionen zur Diskussion.
