Der erfolgreiche und bekannte Unternehmer Prof. Dr. Claus Hipp stellt als Praxisbeispiel das in seinem Unternehmen gelebte Ethik-Management vor. Weiterer Gast des Abends ist Wolfgang Gregor. Der „Chief Sustainability Officer“ bei OSRAM referiert zur Relevanz der Nachhaltigkeit eines global agierenden Unternehmens, während Veronica Schilling, Senior Diversity Consultant bei der Allianz SE, die Notwendigkeit aufzeigt, die kulturelle, soziale und ethnische Vielfalt der Beschäftigten zu fördern und positiv für das Unternehmen zu nutzen. Die Gäste erfahren außerdem, wie Unternehmen in Deutschland nachhaltig wirtschaften, welche Anforderungen Firmen vor dem Hintergrund verantwortlichen Handelns an ihre Mitarbeiter stellen und welche Kompetenzen diesbezüglich in der Zukunft im Beruf wie im Alltag gefragt sind.
Im Anschluss an die drei Vorträge folgt eine lockere Gesprächsrunde u.a. mit Prof. Dr. habil. Annette Mayer, sie ist Rektorin der neuen German open Business School (GoPS) i. Gr. in Berlin, Michaela Nachtrab, MBA-Absolventin der FOM und erfolgreiche Gründerin und Geschäftsführerin der Firma verbavoice, einem Anbieter für Mobile Transktiption & Schriftdolmetschdienste, sowie den Referenten Wolfgang Gregor und Veronica Schilling. Ebenfalls auf dem Podium Prof. Dr. Matthias Schurig, FOM-Professor für Betriebswirtschaftslehre.
