Wie ist die globale Situation und welche Rolle spielen die international tätigen Institutionen? Das Thema Literacy/Alphabetisierung wird praxisnah diskutiert. Beispielsweise hat die UNESCO mit dem EFA Programm (Education for all) den ambitionierten Plan, bis 2015 die Zahl der Analphabeten weltweit zu halbieren.
Ziel dieses Workshops des Fachgebiets Erwachsenenbildung ist es, die verschiedenen nationalen und internationalen Programme kritisch zu beleuchten. Interessierte Teilnehmer können sich anmelden per Mail an mario.ganz@uni-due.de oder an meike.huemmecke@uni-due.de.
