Das Seminar „Kundenorientierte Kalkulation industrieller Dienstleistungen“ thematisiert die Grundlagen der Zielkostenkalkulation. Anhand eines Fallbeispiels werden die Portfolioanalyse zur systematischen Planung und Strukturierung von Dienstleistungen, Methoden zur Erhebung und Auswertung von Kundenanforderungen und die zielkostenorientierte Entwicklung und Kalkulation eines Dienstleistungsangebots vorgestellt.
