Kulisse für den Open Air-Pfingstgottesdienst ist das Aquarium der Biologischen Anstalt Helgoland in der Stiftung Alfred-Wegener-Institut für Polar- und Meeresforschung in der Helmholtz-Gemeinschaft. Den Ort haben die evangelischen Inselpastoren Utta und Mathias Dittmar bewusst gewählt, passt er doch perfekt zu ihrem Thema „Schöpfung bewahren“. Im Anschluss können die Teilnehmer bei einem Blick hinter die Kulissen die Lebewesen der Nordsee kennen lernen und erfahren, wie das Aquarium weiterentwickelt werden soll.
