Die Konkurrenz um den Acker wächst bedrohlich. Er soll nicht mehr nur Nahrung für mehr als 7 Milliarden Menschen liefern, sondern auch Rohstoffe und Energie. Die Folgen sind gravierend: China kauft Ackerland in Afrika, die Produktion von Biokraftstoffen lässt die Nahrungsmittelpreise explodieren. Wie sieht die Landwirtschaft der Zukunft aus? Wie lässt sich die Welternährung sichern? Was haben wir morgen auf dem Teller?
