Anmeldeschluss ist Mittwoch, der 06.12.2012. Eine Teilnahmegebühr wird nicht erhoben. Die Teilnehmerzahl ist auf 80 begrenzt. Die Veranstaltung richtet sich vor allem an Politikwissenschaftler und Ökonomen, die sich empirisch-analytisch mit Reformen auseinander setzen.
