Hochkarätige internationale Gäste haben zugesagt. So etwa die zwei international renommierten Computerspiele-Expertinnen Tracy Fullerton von der University of Southern California und Constance Steinkuehler von der University of Wisconsin-Madison als Keynote-Speaker.
Die vierte International Computer Games Conference Cologne richtet sich sowohl an ein breites Fachpublikum aus Wissenschaft, Game Design und Pädagogik als auch an Studierende, Journalistinnen und Journalisten sowie die interessierte Öffentlichkeit. Veranstalter sind das Institut für Medienforschung und Medienpädagogik sowie das Cologne Game Lab der Fachhochschule Köln und Electronic Arts Deutschland. Die Teilnahme an der Internationalen Computerspiele-Konferenz ist kostenlos.
