Längst hat sich das Schlagwort vom Web 2.0 zum Thema Social Web weiterentwickelt. Unternehmen nutzen zum Teil heute schon in Intra- und Extranet Techniken des Web 2.0 extensiv, für andere sind es noch dunkle Flecken auf ihrer Landkarte. Personaler und Führungsverantwortliche stehen vor Fragen der Integration von Internetkommunikation in ihren Unternehmensalltag mit allen Vor- und Nachteilen, die sich daraus ergeben.
Das diesjährige bdvb-Forum wirft in vier Vorträgen ein Schlaglicht auf die verschiedenen Aspekte der „Mitmach“-Anwendungen des Web 2.0 und die weit verbreiteten Social Networks.
