Durch den Klimawandel verschieben sich die Lebensräume vieler Tier- und Pflanzenarten. So breitet sich z. B. die allergieauslösende Beifussblättrige Ambrosie in vielen Teilen Deutschlands voraussichtlich weiter aus. Andere Pflanzenarten, z.B. viele Gräser, werden früher blühen – die von Allergikern gefürchtete Pollensaison verlängert sich. Der Vortrag zeigt die wichtigsten Folgen solcher Veränderungen auf.
