Hierfür hat Pixomondo insgesamt 856 Spezial-Einstellungen erstellt und drei Pixo-Mitarbeiter sind für die Spezialeffekte in L.A. mit einem Oskar ausgezeichnet worden. Christian Vogt ist seit 2011 leitender Geschäftsführer der deutschen Pixomondo-Standorte und bereits seit fünf Jahren sind Studenten und Absolventen des Fachbereichs Media der Hochschule Darmstadt fester Bestandteil des Pixomondo-Teams: Nicht nur begehrte Praktika während des Studiums bietet Pixomondo vielen Studierenden - einige Absolventen vom Fachbereich Media am Mediencampus in Dieburg sind als Art Directors bei Pixomondo beschäftigt.
