Antworten auf diese und andere physikalische Fragen liefert Prof. Dr. Lutz Kasper von der Pädagogischen Hochschule Schwäbisch Gmünd in seiner Antrittsvorlesung am 12. Juli 2012 um 18:15 Uhr in Hörsaal 1.
Prof. Kasper promovierte nach Tätigkeit als Physik- und Mathematiklehrer und Lektor 2006 an der Universität Potsdam mit Förderung der Cornelsen Stiftung „Lehren und Lernen“ zum Thema „Diskursiv-narrative Elemente für den Physikunterricht; Entwicklung und Evaluation einer multimedialen Lernumgebung zum Erdmagnetismus“. In den Folgejahren war Kasper an der Universität Potsdam, der Universität Frankfurt und der Pädagogischen Hochschule Freiburg als wissenschaftlicher Mitarbeiter und Professurvertretung tätig. Seit 2011 ist Kasper Professor für Physik und ihre Didaktik an der PH Schwäbisch Gmünd. Neben dem Forschungsschwerpunkt Sprache und Physik steht bei Prof. Kasper das Experimentieren und die naturwissenschaftliche Begriffsentwicklung im Mittelpunkt der Lehre. Er ist Schulbuchautor und Berater in verschiedenen Schulbuchprojekten.
