Mit diesen und anderen Fragen beschäftigt sich das 4. HR Forum der FH Mainz, das am 19. September 2012 von 10.00 bis 17.30 Uhr von der Fachgruppe Human Resource Management & Sozialkompetenz veranstaltet wird. Wie auch in den vergangenen Jahren werden diese Themen in verschiedenen Foren praxisnah diskutiert. Das HR Forum wird eingerahmt von zwei Plenumsvorträgen. Der Einleitungsvortrag befasst sich mit der strategischen Personalplanung im Zeichen des demografischen Wandels.
Der bundesweit bekannte Experte für demografische Entwicklungen und sozialpolitische Zusammenhänge, Prof. Dr. Bernd Raffelhüschen von der Universität Freiburg, referiert im Abschlussvortrag über die Thematik „Demografie als Megatrend“.
