Der Vortrag handelt davon, wie die Poeten das Pronomen erster Person benützen und welche Ontologie dahinter steckt:
Das Pronomen erster Person hat schwebende Referenz, was für die Philosophen zu Paradoxien führt und für die Poeten Möglichkeiten öffnet. Wenn z.B. das redende Subjekt in einem Gedicht behauptet, daß es ein Stein ist ,entsteht eine Unsicherheit, die für den fundamentalen Unterschied zwischen poetischer Diskurs und wissenschaftlicher kennzeichnend ist – die behaltene Unsicherheit.
