Der Fachbereich Sozialwesen der EAH Jena unterhält seit mehreren Jahren stabile Beziehungen zu Hochschulen im europäischen Ausland und zählt zu den Gründern des SocNet 98 ‐ European Network of Universities/
Schools of Social Work.
Im Rahmen des europäischen Erasmus‐Programms veranstaltet das SocNet98 unter Federführung der EAFH Jena FB SW nun vom 15.‐19. April 2013 bereits zum 15. Mal die Internationale Hochschulwoche.
Themen sind u.a.
- Experience based learning/education and outdoor training
- Music as a Tool for Building Interaction
- Migration and Transcultural Society
- Addiction, Rehabilitation & Music
- Social Work with youth at risk – street work
- Social rights of disabled people and the transmission of the UN Convention
- Conflict Resolution by Mediation
- Peer relations, mental distress and quality of life in schools
