Warum kommen so wenig global agierende Software-Unternehmen aus Deutschland? Mit dieser für den Standort Deutschland so wichtigen Frage beschäftigt sich seit Anfang 2011 das vom BMBF geförderte Projekt „Deutsche Software Champions DESC“(www.deutsche-software-champions.de), das an der LMU München in enger Kooperation mit dem CDTM (Center for Digital Technology und Management) durchgeführt wird. In einer großzahligen empirischen Untersuchung sowie zahlreichen Fallstudien im In- und Ausland konnten spannende Ergebnisse und konkrete Handlungsfelder für den öffentlichen Sektor
und Unternehmen abgeleitet werden, die teilweise schon auf den IT-
Gipfeln 2011 in München und 2012 in Essen vorgestellt wurden. Die LMU und das CDTM laden nun gemeinsam mit dem MÜNCHNER KREIS zu einem
Parlamentarischen Abend am 5. 6. 2013 in Berlin ein, an dem wesentliche
politische und unternehmerische Schlussfolgerungen aus dem Projekt vorgestellt und diskutiert werden.
