In Workshops, Vorträgen, Diskussionsrunden und einem Projektmarkt stehen unter anderen die Fragen im Mittelpunkt: „Was heißt es, Verantwortung für Europa zu übernehmen?“ und „Welche Bürger-oder gar Europakompetenzen brauchen wir eigentlich?“. Neben zentralen Überlegungen, wie derartige Schlüsselkompetenzen während des Studiums erworben bzw. vermittelt werden können, sind auch Begriffe wie Entrepreneurship, Generation Y, Führungskräftetraining mit spezieller Frauenförderung, Emotionsbasiertes Lehren und Lernen oder der Peer Tutoring-Ansatz im Programm zu finden.
